Caution Optional » Blog Archive » Name Change and some other administrative caca

Thanks to Vaughn for schooling me on the proper definition of traffic signal phases, I’ve found it necessary to change the name of the blog from “It’s just a phase:Caution Optional” to just plain old “Caution Optional”. Fortunately, WordPress (the blog software) is pretty durn kewl and made the change EXTREMELY easy. So, props to Mr. & Mrs. Press and their coding minions.

I’ve tried (and will continue to try) to update here at least once a week, but, alas, life sometimes interferes (my job as an international assassin and man of mystery doesn’t keep regular hours {sigh}). SO if you’d like to be notified as to when there’s a new post here, you can always choose from one of the many RSS options I’ve so thoughtfully supplied. :-) If you’re unsure of what RSS is, check out the Wikipedia entry on it. If you’re still shaky about it, Google Reader is a good place to start.

Because of the current spate of farginicehole spammers, I have to have comment moderation in place for first time commenters. So if you post a comment for the first time, don’t be upset if you don’t see it right away. It usually takes me a day or so to approve them (and then you’re automatically on the approved list).

If you have any questions and/or suggestions please feel free to post a comment or shoot me an email.

Cheers,
Ed T.
